I absolutely love this kiln. I am lucky enough to have an IT guru who programmed it for me using the USB and the software from Nabertherm, this would have been way above my computer capabilities, but not a problem for him. So far the basic fusing schedules on the warm glass site have not had to be altered. Every time I open my kiln it is a delight. Delivery was superb. Getting it out of its packaging was a challenge! Being on wheels is a bonus. I had to have my electrics in my garage altered but this was done by my local electrician and was not costly. It is early days at the moment but so far I am more than satisfied.
Could not be happier with this kiln! Extremely quick at reaching the desired temperatures compared with the older model. Slick controller. An absolute pleasure to operate! Worth every penny! Nabertherm every time.
This is my first Kiln i have purchased and very happy with the results so far. Took a few weeks longer to deliver but arrived safe and fully working. Quite easy to program and store up to 10 different programs with names to make it easy to understand. If you read the instructions that come with it, it will provide the website link to Nabertherm to download the software if you want to view the data from your controller using your own USB stick (trying to google wont get you the right link). Veronica from warmglass was also very helpful. Electrician had no problem installing an isolater switch and hard wiring the armoured flexible cable into the Kiln so could be moved several feet if need be (we have it resting on breeze blocks without the wheels to bring up the height as i am quite tall). All in all very happy with it and hope it lasts many many years.
Since purchasing this amazing kiln I have been more than pleased with results Every time I lift lid Its a WOW.

I chose the Nabertherm after much research, both on the internet, reconditioned shops and asking fellow glass artists. I had selected two which suited both my price and availability of room but eventually chose the Nabertherm tub shaped because I want to make bigger items. I find the toploading excellent because I can ensure that the pieces are still in place when I close the lid. Also, having support from warm glass was a bonus. I would highly recommend it
