I have been a customer for quite a few years. The discounts keep me with you although the attraction of other glass providers is very tempting especially when I can't get stock from you now that I have been buying for a while. The use of Royal Mail and their antiquated service is also off putting. Your website I like very much, it's clear and easy to use and doesn't try to sell me what I don't want. When I have a problem I know I will get an email responce quickly. So all in all Warmglass is my go to provider.

I was initially disappointed when the express delivery was late, but Warm Glass immediately refunded the entire postage cost, can't fault that response! Will not hesitate to buy from them again.
I love ordering glass and glass products from Warm Glass. Your videos are also really helpful. There is one product, however, that I would like to see: 10 cm circles in different colours. At the moment you only seem to stock clear tekta in this size. I am also hopeless at cutting 3mm glass so 2mm glass in these smaller sizes would be helpful. Delivery efficiency varies, which is not your fault but when you use DHL I can track where the delivery is, but Royal Mail are not so good.

Their customer Service is great, if I have a problem I email them & they fix it straight away. They are great for the environment, everything can be recycled. The only thing I would like is a Wish List.
