Warm glass has an holistic approach to their products with information about everthing they sell whether it's a simple piece of glass or a complicated machine. They have a good knowledge base to be tapped into and lately the delivery service has been quicker. Very good for us impatient glassies who view every delivery as a treat.

Everything I have bought from Warm glass is excellent quality. There's an amazing range of choice, with sensible information . There's a good learning section full of useful information.
Their packaging is not only sustainable but really very well thought out. I rarely have any breakages and it's usually by the carrier, and products have always been replaced without any quibble.

Great selection of Bulleye glass, general supplies and courses for new techniques. Purchases are well-packed and promptly delivered by DPD the best courier service in my area. Someone is always available to speak to you on the phone for queries or advice with email follow up if necessary. Only quibbles are that some economy packs lack variety and you no longer sell the own brand white enamel which is so useful for coating large areas and the ‘Draw’ enamels which are more economical for children’s workshops. Tiny pots of expensive enamels are just wasted.
Even before I got my kiln I started doing my research mainly through warm glass. The knowledge base section of the website is so useful and free. I feel like the company is run by people who genuinely love what they do and are not purely about making money. Very refreshing.
