Refund policy

For your complete peace of mind, we offer a robust, no-quibble returns policy.

Important: All returned items must be boxed in original packaging, and sent by registered post or courier. Please contact our team before returning items. Print and enclose a returns form with any items.

Changed your mind?
Simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in perfect re-sellable condition, boxed and in original packaging - you'll be responsible for the postage cost.

Faulty or damaged goods?
Return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund, and we'll also refund the cost of postage. Contact us before returning items, as we can send a returns label.

If goods are declared faulty after 30 days, and within 6 months, we will (after testing the product ourselves):
1. Repair the goods; or
2. Replace the goods; or
3. Provide a full credit or refund.

Items returned must be boxed with all original packaging, and should be sent by registered post or courier. Goods with their own guarantee will be covered for the period of the guarantee.
