British Glass Biennale 2024

What is the British Glass Biennale?
This event is the UK's leading exhibition of excellence in contemporary glass by British glass artists, and is the flagship show within the International Festival of Glass. This year's event took place from 26th August to the 28th September 2024 at the Glasshouse, Stourbridge, UK. 121 artists were selected to exhibit, including established artists, students and emerging new talent.
We were thrilled to see many of our wonderful customers, class teachers (Claire Hall, Joshua Kerley, Guy Marshall Brown, Choi Keeryong, Amanda Simmons, Helen Slater-Stokes, Joanna Manousis) and Winners or Highly Commended Artists of The Glass Prize (Sophie Southgate, Hannah Gibson, Ian Chadwick, Cathryn Shilling, & Sarah Brown). Also exhibiting was Tim Rawlinson, winner of the People's Prize 2022, sponsored by Warm Glass UK.
These works formed a cutting-edge showcase of British based glass talent, with over £30,000 worth of awards presented.
