For use with narrow (raised head) grinding bits. Not required when using the standard grinding heads we stock.
It does exactly what it says.. however even when set to a slow trickle it does create a spray that goes over the top of the splash guard.
I've seated the whole grinder into a plastic tray to catch the water (high risk of over heating .. I've stopped doing that)
I've seated the grinder on a towel. (needs changing and is annoying)
I'm currently working out / building something that will catch the mess it creates.
Does not work at all well and at its best it managed a trickle of water.
I am very pleased with the pump. It works well and you can change the strength of the water jet with the blue little screw.
Like all truly useful things this little pump is very simple. It does not need batteries and when in operation it has no moving parts so therefore nothing to go wrong. As it says, just plug it into the top of the grinder, adjust its position, wait for a minute and then it starts pumping the water where you need it. Brilliant.
