Other information:

It is important to wear protective glasses when using this glass grinder. No sponge is required in the reservoir.

We recommend placing this unit on a large plastic tray or waterproof surface to contain water spray.  Add a small amount of Vaseline or similar to the shaft to prevent the grinding head from ceasing.

I've been meaning to get one of these for ages. I just needed to clear some space for it. It's easy to use and very effective. Many thanks to Warm Glass for the prompt service - it was delivered the next day.

Great service

First off it was at a good price and was quickly delivered. I compared it to others and was happy to pay a little more. It's great to use ~ I thought it may be messy but that wasn't the case. It's also not too noisy. Thanks again.

I bought this on the 12 days of Christmas offers. It is great! It was easy to set up and use and it makes short work of cold working all those spikes, dents and imperfections that take hours by hand. I just wish I'd bought one years ago. Warm Glass delivered it quickly and provided all the instructions I need.

I've been grinding all afternoon with this new grinder, all of my wonky pieces of fired glass in my scrap bin are now tidied up and will be as good as new after firepolishing. Don't know why I didn't buy this ages ago!

When Warm Glass decided to include this in their 12 days of Christmas offers I decided to treat myself for Christmas. I had used one of these on a recent training course at Warm Glass and had a good idea of what the machine could done, but after using the machine over the last few days I must say that I wish I had purchased it earlier. It does exactly what is claimed and every studio should have one.

Being relatively new to cold stained glass working I was getting fed up with how long using a carborundum stone took to finish my edges, corners and flairs, so I bit the bullet and bought one, took some serious decision making as this is just a hobby for me, tried it as soon as it arrived on some scrap, Amazing how quickly I could shape a rounded end to an oblong piece, the only thing I found was this it is breaking pieces off of the underside of the glass, am I doing something wrong ? otherwise fantastic piece of kit, and so compact and quiet.

From Warm Glass: Hi Sean, the new 60 grit grinding bit is always quite aggressive and will chip the glass if you press hard, give it a couple of weeks of use and the grinder will give a smoother finish. A fine 220 grit bit is also available.

New to stained glass and after completing my course I wanted to buy the same grinder as I had used in the studio but this was a much better price so took a chance and I am so pleased I did. It not only sounds much quieter but no silly sponge to keep in place and all at a great price. One very happy customer.

I had been getting by without a grinder, using diamond polishing pads when I desperately needed to do something. I finally bought this grinder and I don't know what I'd been waiting for! This is brilliant, it creates such clean lines with little effort. The only problem I find is, the finest bit is still not fine enough, if you fire polish it leaves the scratches behind. Maybe it's just me! A great machine, don't know how I managed without it!

From Warm Glass: Hi Jenn, after grinding, wash well under a running tap and then fire onto a primed shelf rather than thinfire as the smoke from thinfire kicks off devit.

As I am quite new to fusing glass and cold-working. I thought it was about time I bought a grinder. What a difference this does. Easy to set up and use.

I cant recommend this tool enough.

Brilliant piece of kit.

I have used this grinder for a long time and found it to be excellent and very reliable. I can't imagine not having one and achieving the same finish.

I got one of these as a Christmas present. Although I've not had much of a chance to play with it I have to say it was very easy to setup and get going with excellent support from Warm Glass staff both before and after purchase to answer questions.

I have one of these excellent grinders. It has worked faultlessly for several years. Pumped water keeps the grinding head cool and wet and sweeps away glass grindings. No messing (or problems) with sponges.

Great tool, runs smoothly and quietly. Love it.

Very quiet motor and the pump works really well. Although not experienced in grinder operation I find this surprisingly easy to use. Well worth the very reasonable price.

Clear instructions and quiet operation. What took forever by hand is now accomplished in minutes. A worthwhile investment.

I have just bought this and LOVE IT! After a couple of years working with a hobby level grinder and having finally burnt the motor out, this is like a breath of fresh air. The motor is quiet (other sounded like a bag of spanners) and hadn't even got warm after 45 minutes grinding pendants. The internal pump is great, no messing about with a sponge. I couldn't be more pleased. Just wish I'd bought it 2 years ago!
