Product Information
Sunflower Mould – Textured Kilncarving Mould

Create one of a kind textured glass with Organic Originals texture mats. Each product is unique and made by hand.  Sunflower pattern will vary from the product photo.

For eye-catching results, try using with iridised or transparent glass.

Measurements: 19cm x 19cm x 1cm

Fuse sheet glass on top for one of a kind designs and then slump into desired mould. For best results, fire to a contour fuse.

These exclusive Slumpy's moulds are hand made in the USA.

Firing Schedule:

This schedule is a guideline and you should adjust it to suit your particular kiln, or for different thicknesses of glass.

We strongly recommend using Primo Primer (or Boron Nitride spray) with this mould.

We recommend firing your glass on a full fuse on the kiln shelf before firing on a tack fuse on top of the mould.

Please note that all our moulds are hand-made and therefore the dimensions may vary slightly from those shown. Mould manufacturers allow a tolerance of up to 2cm. We strongly recommend cutting the glass to the size measured from the actual mould rather than relying solely on the dimensions shown.

All our moulds are designed for multiple use and with care should last for many firings.

Disappointed with the mold. Pattern very shallow and although I followed schedule with a transparent 2mm glass it barely showed. I,m going to try with powders and make individual flowers

Love the sunflower plate!

Easy to find and use guidance on the site and the results are really pretty.

Thank you once again Warm Glass :-)
