Skutt Firebox 8 Glass Kiln - FREE MAINLAND UK DELIVERY

My first kiln and I made the right choice. Designed with beginners in mind it fused side by side samples of System 96 and Bullseye perfectly on the auto setting. Well made, easy to operate and takes approximately 7 hours for a fully fused piece to be 'touch cool' . Liftable, albeit short distances, the base/legs do not get beyond warm whereas the steel casing and roof get too hot to touch directly. I recommend fabricating a small chicken-wire enclosure if you have inquisitive cats like me looking for a warm surface to sleep on! Speedily delivered by warm glass - thank you :x
