Mainland UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: Delivered in 3-5 working days, between Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm.

Priority Delivery (under 30kg only): Delivered in 1-2 working days with a trackable service, between Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm. During busy periods, priority delivery may not be available to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.  

Some remote postcodes are unable to receive priority delivery as we cannot guarantee the service. This includes the following UK postcodes in the Scottish Highlands: AB35-38, AB55-56, IV1-56, IV63, KW1-14, PA20-40 & PH19-41.

Guaranteed Next Working Day: Orders must be placed before 1pm on a working day to be delivered the following working day before midday.

Saturday or Sunday Delivery: Orders must be placed by 1pm Friday.

Click & Collect: Collect any order from our warehouse (near Bristol Airport) for free. These orders are usually ready to collect the following day, however if you wish to collect the same day, please call the office so we can prepare your order for your arrival. See our opening hours and address before collecting your order.

*Oversized Orders:

Box Shipment: Get up to 6 full sheets of glass, delivered for just £20. Simply select Box Shipment at checkout to receive your order in a returnable box, with a free returns label and initial charge of £65. Once returned, we'll send you a £45 credit to spend with us. This is automatically offered at checkout for eligible orders. Please note: This option is not available for Tekta.

Palletised Delivery: Orders including 6 or more full sheets, or Tekta 60x60cm sheets, are packed in a crate and delivered on a pallet. This is charged at a flat rate of £65 and will be delivered in 5-7 working days. We'll contact you to confirm delivery dates.

  • In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered on time, we'll refund your delivery cost.
  • Warm Glass reserves the right to charge a surcharge for delivery to remote destinations. We will always contact you before sending if this is the case.
  • Requests to leave in a 'safe place' - You can request that your package is left in a 'safe place' by the delivery driver. This is done by commenting in the Special Instructions section of the checkout. However this is done at your own risk as we cannot claim for any loss or theft of items left unattended on your instruction.

UK Islands & Northern Ireland Delivery

European Delivery

Low European delivery from Warm Glass

Standard Delivery: Delivered within 14 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and are not tracked unless they are over 30kg. Delivery is usually between 8.30am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Not available on orders between 2kg and 30kg. Europe delivery on orders over 30kg will be charged according to weight in 1kg increments, and will be tracked.

Priority Delivery: Delivered in 5 to 7 working days. Sent by courier and will require signature on delivery.  Priority orders placed before 1.00pm will normally be sent out the same working day.  Priority delivery is not available during some busy periods and to some remote postcodes as we cannot guarantee the service. Delivery is usually between 8.30am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Not available on orders over 30kg.

*Oversized Orders:

Palletised Delivery:  Orders containing any full sheets or Tekta 60x60cm sheets have to be packed in a crate and delivered on a pallet which is charged according to destination. Pallet deliveries take up to 14 working days, and you will be contacted to confirm the delivery date. Palletised overseas orders may occasionally incur an extra delivery charge. We will always contact you before dispatch if this is the case.

  • Whilst we always aim to deliver on time, between 28th November and 24th December delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Warm Glass reserves the right to charge a surcharge for delivery to remote destinations. We will always contact you before sending if this is the case.
  • Requests to leave in a 'safe place' - You can request that your package is left in a 'safe place' by the delivery driver. This is done by commenting in the Special Instructions section of the checkout. We always try to maintain low shipping charges at all times. Delivery costs will be shown and confirmed at the checkout.

Palletised orders, or orders to remote destinations, may incur an extra delivery charge above that shown at the checkout. We will always contact you before dispatching if this is the case.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage/handling fees are not included in the product or delivery cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carriers. These are the responsbility of the recipient as we only charge for the order transportation fee. Check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs might be. Breakage Cover

We pride ourselves in excellent packaging and we experience very few breakages. However, a small amount of breakage can occur from time to time during delivery.

Our Breakage Cover ensures that any breakage during delivery will be replaced or compensated as quickly as possible for you. Breakage from delivery must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order.  See our Breakage Cover page for more details.

Worldwide Orders: We cannot offer breakage cover for Worldwide orders. If you feel your goods have been inadequately packaged, please contact our Customer Service team.
