We Also Recommend for Bullseye Sheet Glass: 4mm Clear Tekta 1100.480:
Product Information

Bullseye's large format clear glass, ideal for use as base glass or as a cover glass, the 4mm is thick enough to use for panels and plates. Available in sizes from 30cm x 30cm up to full sheet size: 61cm x 122cm (see seperate product for full sheet size).

This glass is manufactured on large rollers and is slightly more consistent than the 1101 double rolled clear, it also has very few bubbles and is therefore more optically clear when fused.

Also available as full sheets (61cm x 122cm) - see separate product.

Cold Characteristics:

Very faint green tint when viewed on edge.

Working Notes:

Stable. No colour shift.

Why choose Tekta? Because it's:
• Affordable
• Flatter and more uniform
• Trimmed on all sides (no waste)
• Available in a range of thicknesses—3 mm, 4 mm, and 6 mm
• Bullseye compatible

Although I don't use it very often, I like to have some available for when 3mm is too thin and 6mm is too heavy. Perfect for situations when 2mm decorative elements are needed.

Always securely wrapped. Breaks cleanly with running pliers and toyo cutter. Perfectly square to reduce wastage.

Works well with a layer of coarse frit, no need for two layers if fired with a shorter process hold. Gives a result that is less 'chunky' than two 3mm + frit.
