Bullseye Glass Frit: Light Turquoise Blue Coarse Frit 1416.03

Bullseye Coarse Frit - Turquoise Transparent.  

This wonderful blue is between Aqua and Turquoise and works fantastically with copper foil. A soft, light blue, this is a great new addition to the blue Transparents. 

Bullseye Frit is made from crushed, screened and magnetically cleaned Bullseye Compatible sheet glass. Frits are extremely versatile and can be used in kilnforming, including glass sketch and painting with light techniques, as well as in torchworking and blowing, to create colours and patterns on surfaces.

Cold characteristics: 

Frits can appear slightly different to their fired colour, even when the glass is not a striker. Please see the bottom half of the sheet glass image below for a better idea of the fired colour (the left hand side is 2mm thickness, and the right is 3mm).

May react with:

Selenium, Sulphur.  

Working notes: 

No colour shift.  

Can produce interesting reactions with Reactive Ice Clear (1009) and Reactive Cloud Opal (0009)- See the 'Get a Reaction'  and 'Reactive Glasses' pdfs.
