Product Information
Blossom Mould

Create beautiful jewellery with this excellent mould. The design is strong enough to stand on its own as a broach or pin or strung together to make a bracelet. This single mould forms six blossoms in three sizes.

They can also be fused or attached to plates, platters, bowls or other castings.

Dimensions are 3/4”, 1” and 1-1/4”.

We strongly recommend using Primo Primer with our casting moulds. Standard shelf primer is not suitable.

Fill weight: 6, 8 and 10 grams.

When filling the mould, pile the frit in a pyramid or dome shape so the centre of the mould is filled higher than the edges. This helps the correct flow of glass during firing, lowering the risk of the glass 'grabbing' the mould sides as it fires:

Outer dimensions of mould: 173mm x 130mm (approx.).

Will this mould fit in my kiln?

Why not also try the small leaf mould in this range?

For useful tips on using Primo Primer with this type of mould, please take a look at this video:

Please note that all our moulds are hand-made and therefore the dimensions may vary slightly from those shown.

All our moulds are designed for multiple use and with care should last for many firings.

Can't believe how often I fill up the kiln with this mould and find such a wide use for the flowers. Ive attached them to glass and used them as brooches, buttons and even clipped to shoes. Experiment with colour- and enjoy.

Lovely detail. Trying the thin fire version next.
