White Glassline Pen for glass fusing applications.

This Glassline pen is an essential colour for lining and shading material for glass.

They are simple in design, easy to use and can be thinned with water.

Use with the tip set for accurate drawing and writing, or simply use exactly like paints, applying with a brush.

The pens may be applied between multiple layers of glass, applied on the top surface for a complex dimensional look or sprayed on to create subtle shading variations.

Compatible with all most types of glass including float, CoE90 and CoE96.  Glassline pens fire to a full fuse temperature of 790ºC to 820ºC.

Available in 28 different colours! 2oz bottles.

I used the white glassline pen to create a company logo on coasters. The white showed up well enough but was not dense enough to provide consistency required by a corporate business. It was fun to try out though and I enjoyed using it. It obviously works best as intended - a single line or shading with a brush but the width of line is limited by the nozzles available.

I have made many black glass cabs in my kiln and then drawn with this white glassline pen (with metal tip attached), before firing again and then adding a bail to make pendants. They have been easy to make and sell very well. The black bullseye glass is glossy after firing and this white glassline product will become level with the surface of the underlying glass, but it will have a non shiny matt surface. It looks great. After attaching the recommended tip, put your finger over the opening and give it a good shake. Squeeze the bottle onto a scrap piece of paper until any runny liquid or lumps clear, which only takes a moment and off you go. Any mistakes just wipe away and start again.
