The Paragon Bluebird is a fantastic annealing kiln packed with features to help make the process effortless as well as maximize productivity.
The Bluebird safely anneals glass beads to prevent breakage during cooling.
This kiln is ideal for busy teachers as the double doors make it seem like having two kilns instead of one!
Paragon really have thought of everything with this kiln; It even has a stainless steel glass rod warmer on top of the kiln so you can pre-heat glass rods and thus save production time. Side latches hold the door closed while the kiln is heating to annealing temperature, and magnets neatly hold the doors open when needed. It has a user friendly controller which will automatically maintain the annealing temperature and monitor the firing so that you can spend your time productively without closely watching the kiln.
The Bluebird plugs into a standard household outlet. It draws only 1500watts and is economical to fire.

Programmer
The Bluebird comes with the user-friendly Sentry Xpress 3-key solid state digital controller which will automatically maintain the annealing temperature that you select and continually monitor the firing. It includes 2 modes: single speed and 8-segment ramp-hold.
