We have a clear and fair policy for delivery costs; you will see what you will pay before you confirm your order. Orders below 2kg are normally sent out by Royal Mail, orders over 2kg are sent out by Courier and will require signature on delivery.

UK Breakage Cover – We pride ourselves in excellent packaging methods and we experience very few breakages in transit. However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable.
For a small charge, we will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be replaced as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Breakage in transit must be reported within five working days of receiving the goods.

European Breakage Cover – We pride ourselves in excellent packaging methods and we experience very few breakages in transit. However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable.
For a small charge, we will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be compensated for as quickly as possible, compensation is normally 50% of the cost of the item. Breakage in transit must be reported within five days of receiving the goods.

Worldwide Breakage — We cannot offer the same breakage cover for Worldwide orders as we do for UK and Europe. However, if you feel that your goods have been inadequately packaged, please send us a photo, we will happily give you a refund.
