Class Description
The amazing diversity of glass will be revealed in this creative and fun class. Using powders (fine powdered glass) and frit (crushed glass), you will try out different techniques and make finished pieces which you will be proud of.
The process you will use is sifting and manipulating layers of glass which will capture and convert light as it passes through the piece. You will experiment with colour, free-hand glass application and stencilling.
This class involves no cutting and offers a taste of the process for those who are curious and want to make something functionsal, as well as the opportunity for more experienced glass artists to experiment with these versatile and exciting accessory products.
