Product Information
Bullseye Fine Frit - Light Aventurine Green Transparent.

Due to factory production issues, only 2 units of this glass can currently be purchased per order & multiple orders will be cancelled. This restriction will be lifted as soon as possible. For further information on this situation, please see HERE   UNFORTUNATELY, NO DISCOUNTS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON THIS RESTRICTED PRODUCT INCLUDING MULTIBUY DISCOUNTS.

Light Aventurine Green is an exciting and different glass to work with as it is a light green with a sparkle. Aventurine is a supersaturated chrome glass with metal flake glints in reflected light. For a darker green, but the same sparkle try Aventurine Green. Please note that due to the density of this glass it appears quite opal rather than transparent.

Bullseye frit is made from crushed, screened and magnetically cleaned Bullseye Compatible sheet glass. Available in a huge variety of colours, frit gives the opportunity to add a unique element to your glass work. Frits are extremely versatile and can be used in kilnforming, including glass sketch and painting with light techniques, as well as in torch working and blowing, to create colours and patterns on surfaces. Also available in a Powder, Medium or Coarse form.

Cold characteristics:

Frits can appear slightly different to their fired colour, even when the glass is not a striker. Please see the bottom half of the sheet glass image below for a better idea of the fired colour (the left hand side is 2mm thickness, and the right is 3mm).

Working notes:

Opalises slightly upon firing.
