You will finish this class with a range of pieces made using the different techniques learned in the class.

Class Description
An exciting and intensive one day course encompassing several casting techniques, resulting in a range of finished jewellery components.
Each student will be taught the basic principals of :

frit and powder casting

the magic of freeze and fuse

cold working

mounting
The course is designed to be an introduction to micro-casting for jewellery. The techniques learned in this class are all achievable in a small kiln.
With the emphasis on creating final wearable pieces, you will learn the processes and be given the technical knowhow for casting in a small kiln.
