Free Delivery - UK Mainland Orders Over £40

Mainland UK Delivery

Delivery to UK mainland addresses: Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm, excluding public holidays.  In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered on time, we'll refund your delivery cost.

Palletised Delivery and Box Shipments

For larger orders we offer two different delivery options, Box Shipment and Palletised Delivery:

Box Shipment
  • Orders including 1 to 6 full sheets of glass (excluding Tekta) can be sent by Box Shipment instead of on a pallet. The charge is £45, but we will send you a £35 credit note to spend with us when the box is returned using our free returns label, giving a net charge of just £10. THIS EXCLUDES TEKTA SHEETS. If you do not see the 'Box Shipment' option at checkout then your order does not qualify for this option.
Palletised Delivery
  • Orders including 6 or more full sheets, any Tekta 60x60cm sheets or any Tekta full sheets have to be packed in a crate and delivered on a pallet which is charged at a flat rate of £45. Pallet deliveries take 3-5 working days, and you will be contacted to confirm the delivery date.

Please Note

  • Small orders are sent out by Royal Mail, Priority orders and orders over 2kg are sent out by Courier and will require signature on delivery.
  • Whilst we always aim to deliver on time, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Prices shown are including VAT.
  • Priority delivery is not available during some busy periods and to some remote postcodes as we cannot guarantee the service.
  • Priority orders placed before 1.00pm will normally be sent out the same working day.
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day before noon is available for orders under 30kg, the cost is £9.95. Orders must be placed before 1pm on a working day to be delivered the following working day.
  • Saturday Delivery is available for any UK order under 30kg, the cost is £9.95. Orders must be placed by 1pm Friday.
  • Click and Collect is a free service and available for any order. These orders are prioritised and are usually ready to collect when you arrive. Please check our opening hours and address before coming to collect your order. Most orders can be picked up from our main warehouse in Unit 5, however orders containing kilns or full sheets of glass are collected from Unit 3 in the same Business Park.
  • Warm Glass reserves the right to charge a surcharge for delivery to remote destinations.

UK Breakage Cover 

For a small charge, we will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be replaced as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Breakage in transit must be reported within five working days of receiving the goods.

Northern Ireland and UK Island Delivery (UK Zone 2)

Maximum charge of £9.95 up to 30kg

Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK Island addresses: Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm, excluding public holidays.  In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered on time, we'll refund your delivery cost.

Warm Glass Delivery to Norther Ireland and UK Islands

  • Northern Ireland and UK Islands delivery on orders over 30kg will be charged according to weight.
  • Pallet deliveries to Northern Ireland and most UK Islands will be charged a flat rate of £85.
  • ​Priority Delivery is not available for orders weighing over 30kg.
  • Warm Glass reserves the right to charge a surcharge for delivery to remote destinations.

UK (includes all UK) Breakage Cover 

We pride ourselves in excellent packaging methods and we experience very few breakages in transit. However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable.

For a small charge, we will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be replaced as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Breakage in transit must be reported within five working days of receiving the goods.

European Delivery

Maximum charge of £9.95 up to 30kg

Delivery to European mainland addresses: Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm, excluding public holidays.  In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered on time, we'll refund your delivery cost.

Low European delivery from Warm Glass

  • Europe delivery on orders over 30kg will be charged according to weight in 1kg increments.
  • Priority Delivery is not available for orders over 30kg, but these orders will be tracked.
  • Whilst we always aim to deliver on time, between 28th November and 24th December delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Pallet deliveries to Europe will be charged a flat rate according to destination.
  • Warm Glass reserves the right to charge a surcharge for delivery to remote destinations.

European Breakage Cover

We pride ourselves in excellent packaging methods and we experience very few breakages in transit. However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable.

For a small charge, we will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be compensated for as quickly as possible. Breakage in transit must be reported within five days of receiving the goods.

We use Mail and Courier services to deliver packages to our Worldwide Zone customers. We maintain the lowest shipping charges at all times. Costs of shipping to Worldwide destinations will be confirmed on point of order.

Worldwide Breakage Cover — We cannot offer the same breakage cover for Worldwide orders as we do for UK and Europe. However, if you feel that your goods have been inadequately packaged, please send us a photo, we will happily give you a refund.
