This is a compound used as a hardener with fibre paper/blankets for the purpose of mould making.
  • Simply soak the blanket and mould the shape.
  • Cure the soaked product at approx 93 degrees C, (not to exceed 704 degrees C) to remove the moisture in the inorganic binder.
  • Fire once more to create a hard shell
Rigidised mould should withstand several firings.
