3mm Bullseye Opalescent Sheet Glass - Marigold Yellow Striker.
?This colour is a darker, more orangey shade of yellow than the Sunflower and Canary Yellows.
Contains:
Selenium, Sulphur
May react with:
Copper, Lead, Silver
Cold characteristics:
May appear partly transparent with wide variations in colour density. Overall look of a lighter, brighter yellow such as 0120 (Canary Yellow).
Working notes:
Matures to an opaque marigold yellow. Generally fires to an even shade, but may occasionally appear slightly dappled.
This style is not suitable for kilncasting because it can opalise and/or become incompatible when held at high temperatures for an extended period.
