We pride ourselves in excellent packaging methods and experience very few breakages in transit. However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable.
For a small charge, we will guarantee that any UK breakage in transit will be replaced and any EU breakage in transit will compensated for as quickly as possible. Breakage in transit must be reported within three days of receiving the goods. By ticking the breakage cover box, you are assured that we will replace or refund any broken items, including the cost of returning the goods (if required).

Please do not sign for a parcel if you feel the contents of the box could be damaged.
We may need to request evidence of the damage reported, so please keep broken items and the original packaging.
We retain the right to request that the damaged goods are returned to us for inspection. Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement. If breakage cover has not been chosen, the cost of return may be the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods should be sent by registered post or carrier.
Packages sent to destinations outside the EU cannot be covered by our Breakage Cover. However if you feel that the goods have been inadequately packaged, please send us a photo, we will happily give you a refund.
