We pride ourselves in excellent packaging methods and experience very few breakages in transit.
However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable.
For a small charge, we will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be replaced as quickly and
as hassle free as possible. By ticking the breakage cover box, you are assured that we will
replace any broken items free of charge, including the cost of returning the goods (if required).
Breakage in transit must be reported within three days of receiving the goods.

Please do not sign for a parcel if you feel the contents of the box could be damaged.
We may need to request evidence of the damage reported, so please keep broken items and
their original packaging.
We retain the right to request that the damaged goods are returned to us for inspection. Goods
can only be returned by prior arrangement. If breakage cover has not been chosen, the cost of
return will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods should be sent by registered
post or carrier.
